Kindelt Realty Advisors was established in 2017 by Kevin A. Kindelt, MAI. Kevin has over 30 years of real estate appraisal and consulting experience, and takes pride in offering personal service to clients. He has extensive experience working on a variety of real property types. Kevin graduated Magna Cum Laude from USC in 1991, and is a member of the Appraisal Institute, earning the MAI designation in 1996.
